Where else can drivers easily check pricing rates in real time?
We recommend asking drivers to go to: https://evie.com.au/find-a-charger/ and type a location into the search box. From there, when they select a charging station, they will be able to view the price per kWh at the present time.
What happens if our driver’s charge session takes place between an Off-Peak time and Busy time? How will our drivers be charged?
If your drivers charge when the pricing period switches over, they’ll be charged the combined price of both periods.
For example:
- The Off-Peak Pricing window is between 9pm – 10am at 53c/kWh
- The busy window is between 10am – 9pm at 63c/kWh
- You driver started their charge at 9:45am and stopped their charge at 10:15am
- This means that from 9:45am to 10am, they’ll be charged 53c/kWh and from 10am to 10:15am they’ll be charged 63c/kWh.
Will there be any change to our monthly invoice?
There will be no change to the current format of the monthly invoice which you receive as it is based on the total price of the session.
