What is Evie Mates?
Evie Mates is a free monthly rewards plan that gives you 5c off per kWh on all charging sessions after you have charged over 100kWh in any given month. Once you've reached the 100kWh threshold, the discount automatically applies to all subsequent charges for the remainder of that month.

Who can sign up for Evie Mates?
- Any Evie driver can sign up for Evie Mates, however the discount is only activated once you have charged over 100kWh in that month.
- Drivers must have the latest version of the Evie App downloaded

How Evie Mates Works
- Sign up for free through the Evie App by visiting Profile > Offers and Plans > Plans
- Select "Choose this plan" and complete the sign-up process
- Charge normally throughout the month, you'll see a preview of how many kWhs remaining when you go to start a charge (pictured)
- Once you reach 100kWh in any month, you'll automatically get 5c off per kWh for all remaining charges that month
- Evie Mates resets monthly
Track progress in the Evie App from the Plans section or for quick access just tap on the icon in the top right of most screens in the app.
How do I sign up for Evie Mates?
Evie Mates is currently only available to selected drivers in our test group.
If you've been selected, you'll be notified of your eligibility. To sign up, make sure you have the latest version of the Evie App, then go to Profile > Offers and Plans > Plans. You'll see the "Evie Mates" displayed. Select "Choose this plan" and complete the sign-up process.
Does Evie Mates cost anything?
No, Evie Mates is completely free – no monthly fees and no hidden costs.
How do I know if I've charged over 100kWh this month?
You can track your progress in the Evie App.
Go to Profile > Offers and Plans > Plans and select your plan to see your monthly progress and how many days remain in your current cycle.

When does my plan reset?
Your plan resets monthly.

Why isn't my 5c discount applying?
The discount only applies after you've charged over 100kWh in the current month. Check your progress in the Evie App under Profile > Offers and Plans > Plans.

You will also see you discount activated from the start charge page (shown).
Important: If you reach the 100kWh threshold during a charging session, that session will still be charged at the full rate - the discount will apply from your next session onwards. This is because kWh is only counted towards your monthly total after the session is completed.
If you've exceeded 100kWh in completed sessions and the discount still isn't applying, let us know and we can look into it.
How can I tell if my discount is active during charging?
When you go to start a charge in the Evie App, you'll see your active offer "Offer – $0.05c Off (per kWh)" which means your discount is automatically applying to that charge session.
Do voucher charges count toward my 100kWh target?
No, any kWh used and paid for via voucher doesn't count toward your monthly target.
Can I use my voucher and Evie Mates at the same time?
No, Evie Mates can’t be combined with existing vouchers. If you have a voucher, we recommend using it first before joining Evie Mates.
If you have signed up to Evie Mates and would like to switch and use a voucher, you can cancel Evie Mates at any time, however, waiting periods apply - meaning vouchers will not be available for use until the end of your current plan period.
I reached 100kWh during my charging session, but the discount didn't apply to that session. Why?
The kWh from your charging session is only counted towards your monthly total after the session is completed.
This means if you reach the 100kWh threshold during a session, that session will still be charged at the full rate. The discount will apply to your next charging session onwards.
For example, if you've used 90kWh in a month and then do a 20kWh session (taking you to 110kWh total), that 20kWh session will be charged at the full rate, but your next session will receive the discount.
What happens if I cancel Evie Mates?
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current plan period.
Please note: If you accidentally cancel your plan you'll have to wait until the end of your current plan period before you can sign up to a plan again.
Is Evie Mates available permanently?
Yes, Evie Mates is available for all drivers as an reward for our regular drivers.
Where can I find information about Evie Mates in the app?
Open the Evie App, and go to Profile > Offers and Plans > Plans. This shows monthly progress, reset dates, terms and conditions and when the discount is active.
