The Evie map is a great way to locate our chargers across Australia, you can visit the Map page via the button at the bottom of the Evie App.
If you're having trouble seeing the map there are two possible reasons.

You do not have an internet connection
The map cannot be loaded without an internet connection. If you do not have an internet connection available on your phone, when you visit the Map page you will see an error like this:
Without an internet connection you will not be able to start a charge from the Evie app.
However, it is possible to start a charge without an internet connection via the Evie Pass RFID card or via Autocharge.
Once you have re-established a connection, the Evie app's normal functions will return (including the map).

Your iPhone is running iOS 15 or under
Unfortunately the map cannot be supported on iPhones running iOS 15 or under.
If you are running iOS 15 or under on your phone, when you visit the Map page you will see an error like this:
You can also check what version of iOS your iPhone is running, by opening the iPhone Settings app and going to General > About > iOS Version.
If possible, update your phone to a more recent version of iOS under General > Software Update.
If it is not possible for you to update to iOS 15 or above, you can still locate a charger in order to start a charge via the Evie App using the search bar (to search the name of your location) or Scan button (to scan the Site ID QR code).
