Reinstall the Evie App by deleting and installing it from the App or Google Store.
Check internet connection is available
Check all permissions are enabled for the Evie App on the device.
Check if there are any blockers, such as web filters, VPN, or security software enabled on the device.
Company devices may have software preventing access to the Evie App and will need to be consulted to investigate this for you.
Enable cell-signal only or try Wi-Fi
Enlarged text is disabled (Can cause map pins to not display and certain buttons)
Scroll up on the Evie App at certain sections for more information (For smaller screen devices)
