How do I stop a charge?

Note: You must return to the station to stop the charge, the Evie App does not provide this functionality currently.

Note: If you use a Evie Pass RFID, you will need to select the stop button, swipe then press the stop button again to stop the charged

To stop a charge session on the following models follow these steps:

Tritium PKs (350s)

1. Return to the charger.
2. Select the "Stop" button on the charger. This will end your charge session.
3. Once the charge session is ended, release the plug from your car.
4. Return the plug to the charger.
5. Move out of the charging bay.

Tritium PKMs (150s)

1. Return to the charger.
2. Select the "Stop" button on the charger (bottom right). This will end your charge session.
3. Once the charge session is ended, release the plug from your car.
4. Return the plug to the charger.
5. Move out of the charging bay.

Tritium RTMs (50s, 75s)

1. Return to the charger.
2. Select the "Stop" button on the charger (bottom right). This will end your charge session.
3. Once the charge session is ended, release the plug from your car.
4. Return the plug to the charger.
5. Move out of the charging bay.

Schiender EVF2S22P44R (Dual)

1. Return to the charger.
2. Select the "Stop" button on the charger (red button on the side). This will end your charge session.
3. Once the charge session is ended, release the plug from your car.
4. Return the plug to the charger.
5. Move out of the charging bay.

We kindly ask that you move your vehicle on completion of charging to ensure other customers can access the chargers as quickly as possible.

Note: If the button doesn't work when attempting the session, please make a video recording with the stationID in view and submit a support request to our team if in need of repairs.
