Autocharge Incompatible Chargers

Have more questions? Submit a request

Early access to Autocharge was opened to a small number of Evie customers on the 17th of July 2024. If you can't see Autocharge in the Evie App, stay tuned! It will be coming to you soon.

Are you having trouble initiating an Autocharge session? It may be that you are plugging in an incompatible charger. Most of Evie’s network of DC fast chargers is compatible with Autocharge, although some older charger models in our network are not. All AC chargers are incompatible with Autocharge.

Coming soon to the Evie App: If you have Autocharge activated on your account, you will be able to see on the map the sites that are incompatible with Autocharge. Map pins will display the following icon:

If you don’t have Autocharge activated, you will soon be able to can filter the map to show Autocharge-compatible sites only. These features will be released in the coming weeks.

For now, you can view the list of incompatible chargers below.
