RACQ and Evie are pleased to offer an RACQ member discount to RACQ members using the Evie Network. In order to receive your 4c off (per kWh) voucher*, you will need to enter your RACQ membership number in the Evie app.
Where is my RACQ membership number?
You will find your membership number on the front of your membership card. Take care to enter the membership number on the front, not the barcode number on the back.
You can also find your membership number on your digital card.
Your digital membership card can be found in the Stocard and Apple Wallet apps. Read more about how to download your digital membership card.
Your membership number can also be found by logging in to 'My RACQ'.
What if my membership number is not working?
Please ensure that you are logging in with your current membership number and that your membership has not expired.
To check that you are using the most current RACQ membership number you can log in to 'My RACQ'.
Also refer to the diagram above and confirm that you are entering the correct number. Not the barcode on the back of the card.

Where can I use my RACQ member discount?
Once applied, your RACQ member discount can be used on all DC fast charging locations within QLD and limited locations in Northern NSW.

How do I receive my discount?
In order to receive your voucher, you will need to enter your RACQ membership number in the Evie app.
Just visit the Vouchers page in the Profile section of the Evie App. In the "Available" section you can choose RACQ from the list of available vouchers and follow the prompts.
Make sure to select "Use this voucher when charging" so that your discount will apply.
What if I am charging outside of the area where RACQ member discounts are available?
Your discount will not apply on chargers that are outside the area where RACQ member discounts are available. Refer to the map above.
When you charge at a location outside of this area, you don't need to do anything differently, just know, your discount will not be applied to the total amount due.

Are there any limits to this voucher?
Fair use policy applies – there is a 1000kWh annual limit from the date your RACQ membership is linked in the Evie App.
