A Charging Data Record (CDR) is a standardised record created at the end of each charging session. It logs the essential details of that session - including energy consumed (kWh), session duration, start and stop times, cost and the specific vehicle and charger used.
Previously, some reporting relied on collating this data from multiple sources. By moving to CDRs in 2026, the Partner Portal reports directly from session-level records, which is an accurate single-source of truth, making for easier reconciliation.

CDR reporting in the Partner Portal goes back to April 2025. For transaction records before that date, you can use the old view while it's available, and we'd recommend saving copies of anything you want to keep on hand.
Even after the old view is retired, you won't lose access to your historical data - if you need archived records at any point, Evie can arrange that for you. Just get in touch with your Evie contact.
From the CDRs page in the Partner Portal you will see all your organisation's CDRs, tapping on the line entry of any of your CDRs listed will open an action panel with the details of your CDR.
This will include its created and end times, duration, location, cost before and after tax, and all the details of the RFIDs associated vehicle.
