We are currently experiencing issues at our Coochin Creek station with customers charging via a Tesla CHAdeMO adapter.
We are working with our technology partners to understand and resolve the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will update site details and this post when we have a resolution.
Update - 13/12/2019:
While we continue to work through a full fix for CHAdeMO Tesla Adapter we have experienced successful sessions when the adapter is plugged into the vehicle first. Then plugging the charger into the adapter.
